SMOKED BISON SLIDERS-Two apple wood smoked bison leg sliders on pretzel knot buns topped with Porter BBQ, grilled onion, beer battered jalapeños and yellow tomatoes served with potato chips.
SALAD SPECIAL: Mizuna lettuce blended with red endive dressed with lemon-thyme vinaigrette, and topped with carrot, goat cheese, radish, cucumber, toasted pistachios and sage chicken.
SOUP: Bison Chili
